* General Dusting: Light dusting of furniture, crown moldings, baseboards, and surfaces. * Floor Care: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of all floors. * Kitchen Touch-Up: Wiping down countertops, sinks, and exteriors of appliances. * Bathroom Freshen-Up: Cleaning of sinks, mirrors, countertops, and light sanitizing of toilets and tubs/showers. * Trash Removal: Emptying trash cans throughout the apartment or condo.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At Unsoil, we strive to provide exceptional cleaning services while respecting your time and schedule. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms: Booking Confirmation: Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email or message with details of your service. Cancellation & Refunds: Clients may cancel their scheduled cleaning service up to 24 hours before the appointment time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. Late Arrivals or No-Shows: If a client is not available at the time of the appointment or is unable to provide access to the property, the cleaning service will be considered a "no-show," and no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the booking process smooth and efficient for all.
